Mr. Nelson Law became Chairman of the board following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer. He has over ten years’ experience in the corporate banking sector, his specialisms are in organisation and method, having been involved in corporate restructuring in several industries including garment production, IT, construction, agricultural and minerals trading.
Mr. Law is the Individual non-Executive Director of Man Shun Group (Holdings) Limited (HKSE1746), a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
He is also the Individual non-Executive Director of K Group Holdings Limited (HKSE8475) which is listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In Mr. Law’s capacity as an associate director of JP Advisory Limited, Mr. Law works with corporate clients in reviewing investment opportunities, assists them in transaction due diligence and deal negotiation, including that of internet based businesses that utilises social media and/or online advertising revenue models.
Mr. Geoffrey Griggs was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director on 10 June 2019.
Mr. Griggs, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, has extensive experience of UK Plc’s and of advising digital marketing and branding companies. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of HML Holdings Plc (“HML”), a property services company listed on AIM. He was heavily involved in HML’s flotation process and during his time at the company the business has developed considerably. His responsibilities include being Chairman of the remuneration and audit committees. Mr. Griggs also serves as a Director of LTC Holdings Plc, an unquoted Plc with around £9m of net assets and approximately 700 shareholders.
He originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and then moved to Spicer and Pegler (subsequently taken over by Deloitte) where he became Director of Finance. He then moved to a firm of specialist financial advisors which at the time of joining was an associated company of Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank. He has since worked as an Executive and Non-Executive Director in a wide range of companies.
