SEALAND CAPITAL AND MYSQUAR FINALISE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

LONDON (Alliance News) – Sealand Capital Galaxy Ltd said Monday that it has finalised a partnership agreement with mobile services company MySQUAR Ltd to distribute games produced by Sealand subsidiary Guangzhou Ruiyou Information Technologies Co Ltd on the MySQUAR platform.

Under the agreement, MySQUAR-developed games will be distributed on the Huawei inTouch platform across 30 countries in Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, and MySQUAR will localise and distribute Sealand’s mobile games deemed fit for the Myanmar market through its gaming platform.

There will be a revenue share arrangement net of payment services fees paid to payment providers as well as promotion and marketing costs. The agreement remains in effect for two years and will be automatically renewed annually unless a notice of non-renewal is issued by either party.

“We are excited to finalise the details of this partnership that will allow us to both distribute MySQUAR’s games internationally and give Righyoo’s games access to the Myanmar market. The company anticipates that this Agreement will result in higher levels of monetisation for both parties. Sealand continues to actively seek partnerships and acquisitions to provide exclusive content to the Asia-Pacific region,” said Sealand Chairman Nelson Law.

Shares in Sealand Capital Galaxy were up 2.0% at 13.00 pence; while MySQUAR shares were down 1.6% at 2.04 pence on Monday.
