LONDON (Alliance News) – MySQUAR Ltd, a Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform, said Tuesday that it has signed a preliminary agreement with investment company Sealand Capital Galaxy Ltd for distribution of mobile phone games.
Under the memorandum of understanding, mobile games of MySQUAR will be distributed under Sealand’s license agreement on the Huawei inTouch platform and Sealand’s mobile games will be distributed in Myanmar through the MySQUAR platform.
Huawei is the third largest smartphone provider in the Myanmar market.
The pair plan to finalise the partnership in the next 60 days.
MySQUAR shares were trading 1.3% higher at 4.00 pence early Tuesday. Sealand shares were down 0.6% at 8.70 pence.
